Feeling stuck in old patterns, overwhelmed by self-doubt, or struggling in your relationship with food or your body? You’re not alone, and healing is possible. I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, body image concerns, relationship challenges, family dynamics, and major life transitions. My approach blends psychodynamic and evidence-based therapies (CBT, ACT, and DBT) to help you understand the roots of your struggles while building practical tools for lasting change. In our work together, you can expect a compassionate, collaborative space where you feel deeply seen and supported. Together, we’ll explore your experiences with curiosity and honesty, gently uncover what’s been holding you back, and cultivate a deeper sense of self-trust and balance. The first step toward change can feel daunting, but you don’t have to take it alone. I look forward to meeting you and supporting you on your path toward growth and healing.

Are there any philosophies or values that inform your work that I should know about?

I meet clients exactly where they are without judgement and with empathy and acceptance. When working with clients on disordered eating and body image I follow a Health at Every Size, non-diet philosophy.

Where did you work before going into private practice?

I have worked in the social work office of a New York City high school, providing mental health support to students struggling with anxiety, depression and romantic and family relationship issues, to name just a few. I have also worked at an eating disorder treatment center as a group and individual therapist.
