I am currently accepting Aetna in Texas. Choosing to invest in therapy using private pay increases privacy because you do not need to involve your insurance company. In addition, you do not need a formal diagnosis. Insurance companies dictate the amount of covered sessions you may have for a particular diagnosis. Private pay means you decide how many sessions you need or want for your healing journey.
With over 25 years of experience supporting children, families, and women across Boston, New York, Texas, and Paris, I bring both deep professional expertise and a rich cultural perspective to our work together. As a French-American licensed professional counselor and expressive arts therapist, I understand the nuances of navigating different worlds and identities. I especially love working with midlife professional women who are ready to explore new chapters, rediscover their authentic selves, or navigate life transitions with creativity and intention. My approach blends solution-focused coaching with expressive arts—think beyond traditional talk therapy to include art, writing, or whatever creative expression feels right for you. You can expect our sessions to be warm, client-centered, and refreshingly creative. I believe you already have the wisdom and resources within you; my role is to help you access them in new ways. Whether you're facing a career crossroads, relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck, we'll work together to find practical solutions while honoring your creative spirit. Having worked across diverse settings—from social services to nonprofits—I understand that life is beautifully complex. In our work together, you'll find a safe space to explore, create, and grow at your own pace.
