Hey there -- Let's get to know a bit about me: I've had a passion to help people ever since I was a kid. My career has led me to different paths and industries -- starting from teaching to marketing to consulting. Throughout my career, I've always felt a bit "stuck". In the past years, I've discovered methods and tools to unlock myself from feeling "stuck" and drive forward to the goals I want to achieve in my life. There was a deeper calling to serve others and be a vessel for them - I started diving within more to gain clarity. I created my practice for Life Coaching 2 years ago - and since then have helped multitude of clients to achieve their transformation. I am a Certified Life Coach, whose mission is to help my clients connect with themselves to find balance, clarity and the life they are dreaming of. I use practices and tools of mindfulness to help you along with proven methods of Value Matrix, Goal setting and building a plan to achieve the outcome and transformation in your life. I'm truly committed and passionate to help you achieve your goals and find your life purpose.

I provide a holistic approach with coaching, mindfulness and building out a plan for you. I will take you through healing/mindfulness practices if you are open to it but also provide coaching as we are working together. I also like to also call myself a partner more than a coach. I am here to support you on your wellness journey.
In our first session together, you will have the opportunity to walk me through what you are seeking, your desired outcome and support level you may need. From here, I will provide guidance as to what might be a good time frame for you - but this is absolutely up to your discretion. I generally start my clients with 2 sessions a month for 3 months, if we see improvement from here, we could decide at that point if you want to continue further with the sessions or stop.
I can tell you are stuck, unseen or unheard by your body language, words you describe as I ask questions and also your energy. Energy being the main component.
I worked in management consulting, IT sector and corporate for many years. I learned and grew as a leadership, exec and team coach which opened the door for me to explore life coaching. I got certified and opened my practice in life coaching focusing on mindfulness.
