Welcome! Starting therapy can often feel overwhelming, especially at a time when you may already feel disconnected or hopeless. It takes courage to take the first step. My aim is to make our time together feel safe and grounded, so you can show up exactly as you are- whatever that looks like. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and focused on the whole person. I lead with curiosity and care, because I believe you already have inherent strengths - even if they're hard to see right now. Together, we'll build tools for reflection, resilience, and transformation. I have experience working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, and more. I'm a Licensed Master Social Worker in New York, and before that, I spent 15 years as a wellness coach and a plant-based chef. My background shapes how I show up. I see you as a whole person - mind, body, history, hopes - and we'll draw from a wide range of tools to support all of you. Our sessions will be flexible depending on what you need. Some will be practical and structured, like when we are building skills to manage overwhelming thoughts. Others will be slower and more exploratory, like when we sit with long-standing patterns, get curious about what you value, or tend to your nervous system through gentle, body-based practices. And sometimes, we'll zoom out and look at components of sleep, food, and environment because those matter too. If this resonates with you, I would be honored to join you on your journey to transformation and healing. I invite you to schedule a session. I'd truly look forward to meeting you.
