You don’t have to carry it all on your own. If you’ve been feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself, therapy can be a place to exhale and find support. Together, we’ll create a space where you feel seen, understood, and supported as you move toward clarity, resilience, and lasting change. In our work together, I don’t just offer quick fixes or surface-level coping. I create a space where you can slow down, tune into what is really happening beneath the surface, and begin reshaping old patterns into something that serves you better. My approach blends insight with action. I draw from CBT, DBT, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, psychodynamic principles, and mindfulness practices so you leave each session with clarity and tools you can actually use in daily life. Clients often describe our sessions as grounding and eye-opening. It is a place where vulnerability feels safe, reflection is encouraged, and growth unfolds without pressure to be perfect. Whether you are navigating intrusive thoughts, attachment wounds, dating fatigue, or a major life transition, I help you reconnect with what truly matters and move toward it in ways that last. I work with both individuals and couples, and I am especially passionate about helping people rediscover their authentic voice after long seasons of self-criticism or self-silencing. Therapy with me is not about changing who you are, but about clearing the weight of what no longer serves you so you can feel aligned, resilient, and more fully yourself.

For me, the most meaningful part of the work is when a client begins to feel connected—to their emotions, their body, and their inner wisdom. It’s in the shift from self-doubt to self-trust, from reacting to responding, from disconnection to grounded presence. Whether it’s noticing a feeling without fear or setting a boundary with clarity, these moments reflect real transformation. It’s not about becoming someone new. It’s about returning to who they’ve always been, with more steadiness and self-compassion. Witnessing that kind of embodied change is a privilege.
I can often sense progress when you're not just managing emotions, but relating to them differently—when something hard arises and instead of pushing it away, you pause, listen, and respond with care. There’s a shift when your nervous system begins to settle, and the urgency softens. Your thoughts may still come, but they don’t pull you under in the same way. You're more attuned to what your body is saying, and more willing to stay with discomfort long enough to understand what it’s asking of you. What tells me you’re benefitting is not that things feel easy, but that you’re able to move through them with more compassion, clarity, and presence. There’s more room for choice. And over time, that’s what creates change.
I often collaborate with clients to create practices or tools that deepen the work between sessions—but I don’t believe in “homework” just for the sake of it. If we do come up with something to try outside the room, it’s usually in service of reinforcing an insight, staying grounded during a hard week, or building momentum toward something that feels important to you. Sometimes that might look like journaling, mapping values, tracking a reactive pattern, or experimenting with a new boundary or way of communicating. With couples, it could be a 15-minute check-in, a shared intention, or even just pausing in a tough moment and trying to name what’s underneath. I’ve found that for many of my clients, having something tangible to hold onto between sessions can be incredibly empowering. It supports the bridge between insight and action—between how we make sense of something in therapy and how we live it in real life. That said, we’ll always co-create those pieces based on your style and what’s realistic. Some clients love structure; others are more reflective and fluid. Either way, our focus is on helping you feel connected to your growth, not weighed down by it.
