Yes. I do believe that part of the work in therapy is for the client to implement what is learned and discussed into their daily life.

I believe therapy, specifically talk-therapy, is a service that provides you a warm, safe, non-judgmental space for you to open up about issues, concerns, and/or challenges you face that you feel you cannot open up about to others.
